About
Discover music by local artists Donald Grantham and Dan Welcher at the Austin Civic Orchestra's Dec. 10 concert, Austin Homegrown. Children and guests of all ages will also enjoy holiday classics like “Sleigh Ride” and “White Christmas”!
The orchestra will join forces with the choirs from St. Edward's University and Austin Community College to perform Grantham's “So Long as the Days Shall Be”, and Dan Welcher will conduct his own composition, “Prairie Light: Three Texas Water Colors of Georgia O’Keefe”. Admission is free for youth up to the age of 18. Tickets are $15 for general admission and $10 for members of the military, seniors, and college students.
