The Austin Chamber Music Center (ACMC) creates chamber music experiences that connect, educate, and inspire our community. Guided by this mission, ACMC is dedicated to developing the next generation of musicians and audiences while making chamber music accessible to everyone. Through diverse performances, educational programs, and community engagement, the organization provides audiences with a wide range of chamber music experiences and creates meaningful opportunities for professional musicians to teach, perform, and share their passion for the art form. ACMC is also committed to expanding the chamber music repertoire by comissioning new works, promoting the study and performance of lesser-known pieces, and supporting recordings of underrepresented music. Through collaborative music-making, the Center fosters lifelong skills such as leadership and cooperation while bringing together people of all backgrounds to build stronger connections through music.
