The League of American Orchestras is helping the nation's orchestras traverse the complicated new rules on traveling abroad with instruments that contain bits of ivory.  Heather Noonan, the VP of Advocacy of  The League of American Orchestras says it's very complicated when you're traveling with a large contingent.
