Here's your chance to learn about the composer and music before you attend the Austin Symphony Orchestra performances this weekend, featuring Johannes Brahms' masterpiece Ein Deutsches Requiem as well as his Variations on a Theme by Haydn. Our guide is Maestro Peter Bay, artistic director and conductor of the ASO; he'll take us "inside the music" and we'll listen along. For these performances the Conspirare Symphonic Choir and singers from Texas State will join the Symphony. Craig Hella Johnson will be the guest conductor for the Variations.
